You got the Clawshot! by J-ndrax You got the Clawshot! by J-ndrax
I finally finished the clawshot! It's made using pepakura and reinforced with rondo. The connecting piece between the claws and chassis is solid urethane plastic I pulled from a mold. (Tiny pepakura pieces aren't very good for structural support.) This was the first pepakura project I set out on back around November of last year. Between the cold winter weather and learning about pepakura methods, this project was very slow going. It's a little bit on the heavy side but it makes for a pretty cool prop.

I NEED IT! No really do you have the pepakura template or something? I would kill to make this for my Link cosplay!

*nod* I do. I made the file for this build. :)
Though, it's not a straight pep build. Some engineering is required.

This is such an awesome pep model! Never came across it before until now. 8O And you did such a great job with the finishing of it and everything. The claw shots are probably my favorite zelda equipment~ Any way you might be willing to share the model file? Unless you made the file yourself. I completely understand. I'd so make one (or 2!) to go along with a Link cosplay. :)

Thanks! I planning on trying to get all of my pep files up sometime soon. Probably after the dust settles with a few projects I have going at the moment. They need a little reorganization and documentation as a few of them are hybrid builds.

No prob~ Hey, that'd be great~ Can't wait to see them. I guess that means you make your models yourself then? That's awesome. Wish I understood 3-D programming more to to that. ^^
And I completely understand. I just came home from school and started working on 3 separate projects including work on my master sword again. ^^; I don't know what I was thinking.
